Why we exist
Too many technical engagements chase symptoms, then leave you dependent on the people who installed the cage. We started Root Solve for teams that want the opposite: clear diagnosis, durable craft, and ownership that stays with the customer.
Solve the root
We look for the constraint that keeps regenerating pain: architecture, process, lock-in, or missing exit paths. Then we build against that root, not only the latest outage ticket.
You keep control
Accounts, billing, credentials, and recovery paths stay in your name. We advise and build. We do not become the landlord of your infrastructure or product.
Plain speech
We say what fits, what does not, and when we are the wrong partner. Decisions stay yours: providers, stack, timing, and how far you want us involved.
